Soul-loss is a shamanic term to describe the loss or disassociation of some part of our vital essence.
For a shaman there is no separate past, present and future it is therefore possible to journey to a past event and retrieve a persons vital essence that became lost within the trauma or event.
Soul-loss occurs when we encounter trauma, an accident, divorce, separation of a loved one, death of someone special ,mental or physical abuse, rape, incest, illness or periods of great mental/emotional stress or any difficult period of life. During these times we experience loss of our vital essence allowing us to deal with the situation, it is the way our body and consciousness survives severe trauma.
This healing is very relaxing and gentle for the client, as I, through journeying, prayer, soul-flight and visionary work will retrieve the lost soul part and all its power and gifts and re-integrate it back into the client’s vital essence, the client is then taken on a journey of their own to welcome the soul part back. This can then be combined with a small alter ceremony for the client to do at home to allow the soul part to feel safe and fully present within the clients life.
Soul retrieval can be performed as a distant healing. Please contact to arrange.
Problems occur when the soul part or fragment of essence does not return due to the situation being prolonged or the nature of the trauma causes severe stress or depression.
Symptoms of Soul-loss vary considerably but most common factors are severe depression, a feeling of not belonging to this world, observing life as an outsider and power-loss. People often use phrases such as “I was confident etc before the incident”, often chronic feelings of unhappiness and lack of joy in life are aspects of a fragmented soul.
