Reiki I

Reiki I is a two day course, 11am to 5pm.

Accommodation is not included in the price.

Price £140. Deposit £40. Balance payable on the day.

I am available to Teach Reiki on a one to one basis. £160

Teachings on a one to one basis are complete in 1 full day.

Reiki I is primarily for self-healing and focuses on a more physical level, often resulting in an increase of energy and physical well being. This level of Reiki will enable you to perform healing on yourself, friends and family.

During the two days, you will learn the principals of Reiki, its origins and how to channel the Reiki energy. You will receive four attunements, aligning you to the universal source of Reiki energy. Alongside the original Usui teachings of Reiki, I include teachings of the Chakra system, auric field and a brief look into the metaphysical causes of dis-ease. We will explore the use of meditation, grounding and protection techniques. I also include the use of Reiki healing for animals, specifically dogs, cats and horses.

On completion of this course you will receive a Reiki I certificate accompanied
by a manual covering, in detail, all the teachings of the course.

Please bring a packed lunch. Tea, coffee and beverages will be provided.

 
Please bring a blanket and pillow on day two.
